Best place to sit at Wrigley, Bleachers?

First trip to Wrigley will be buying of stub hub, so is the bleacher the best place to experience Wrigley on my first (may be last) visit? Is it really general admission, when does the area open prior to game. If I%26#39;m not in bleachers I%26#39;d probably end up in upper deck so any hints on teh experience etc would be great.

I prefer lower deck along the first baseline or right field. I%26#39;m not a fan of the bleachers, but if it%26#39;s a choice between that or the 3rd level, I%26#39;d be inclined to opt for the bleachers. It is general admission in the bleachers, and gates open 2 hours before first pitch. First row of the bleachers aren%26#39;t that great IMO. In my experience, 2 hours is unnecessary - an hour before first pitch and you should be able to sit wherever you want (unless maybe it%26#39;s Cubs-Sox, Cubs-Cards, etc.)

The bleachers are where you%26#39;ll find the rowdier fans - sometimes obnoxious, and may not be for everyone. I wouldn%26#39;t suggest it for families. With that said, it can be a fun experience! Good luck on the tickets!

The only area I don%26#39;t like the back third of the first deck. You may find yourself too far under the over hang and lose the ball in the air. I have no problem with the upper deck. As an older and smaller stadium, the upper deck isn%26#39;t bad at all.

They are both different experiences so it depends on what you want. The bleachers tend to be a younger crowd with a lot of people dirnking. The seating is close together on metal bleacher seats with no backs. There are no vendors, you have to get up to get your beer, hotdog, etc. The bleachers are in the outfield so you%26#39;re close to those players but less close to the batter. Not to say it%26#39;s always rowdy and crazy (I think it%26#39;s fun) but if you%26#39;re not into that scene, perhaps the upper deck is your option.

The upper deck seems to have ok views and you can find some in the mid level too for the same price as the bleachers. These will be actual seats with more room and vendors. You also have the flexibility to get to the game right before the first pitch or a little late and still have your seat!

So it all depends on what you%26#39;re looking for. I hope that was helpful. Either way I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll have a great time!

My personal favorite is the bleacher seats. As said before, younger crowd. Lots of drinking. No vendors so you have to leave the bleachers to get a beer %26amp; dog. If you%26#39;re going with a few people than that%26#39;s fine but if you%26#39;re alone than don%26#39;t expect to sit in the same spot when you get back from that beer run. Not that everyone is rude. It%26#39;s quite the opposite. It%26#39;s just more chaotic than the regular seats. The plus side is there%26#39;s a good chance of home-run balls coming your way. Also, in my opinion, there%26#39;s a lot more ';scenery'; to be appreciated in the bleachers for both the men and women.
