Which Hotel?

Hotel Sax or Hotel Monaco? Traveling this July for a girls shopping trip. In the past we have stayed at the Hilton garden inn. My daughter loves the shopping on state near Macy%26#39;s and of course Michigan Ave. Both have great prices but i am not sure of location. Thanks for your help.

Hotel Monaco. IMO - a nicer property and close to State St %26amp; Macy%26#39;s.

Location wise they are about the same, both hotels are 1-2 blocks west of Michigan Ave. The only difference is Monaco is South of the River and the Sax is North of the River. Monaco will put you closer to the shopping on State St.

I would say Sax has the better location. It%26#39;s right between the River North Boutiques, State Street Shopping and No Michigan Shopping. Plus it%26#39;s closer to Bin 36 which is a nice restaurant and bar you may want to frequent.
