Weather: Is it hot and humid in early June?

Hi! I%26#39;m going to visit Chicago during the first week of June and I%26#39;m wondering if Chicago will be unpleasantly hot and humid during that time. Also, should I bring an umbrella, just in case?

The average temperature in June is 68F. Bring an umbrella.

It probably won%26#39;t be that hot. It might even be a little chilly, especially in the evening. Maybe rain, maybe not. Put it this way, at least half the time that I%26#39;ve planned to entertain outdoors at this time of year, I%26#39;ve been foiled.

It could be hot and humid, it could be cold, it could be wonderful. You never know with Chicago weather. Check out Tom Skilling%26#39;s forecast closer to the date. He is the weather guru in Chicago. Go to www.wgntv.com and look for Tom.

It COULD be hot and humid, but usually is not. We don%26#39;t start to get the real uncomfortable stuff until July. DO bring the umbrella.

June is one of the best times, as far as weather goes, to be in Chicago. It may occational be hot/humid, but most of the time it is comfortable (in the 60%26#39;s and 70%26#39;s and not very humid). Have a great time here!
