Any recent opinions on Staybridge Suites Schaumburg ??

I am planning on staying in Schaumburg for a couple of nights next month and ideally want a 2 bedroom suite ( possibly 1 bedroom with sofa bed ).

The best option seems to be the Staybridge Suites but there are no recent reviews.

Can anyone help or offer any other options for me to consider ??

SS is part of a national chain here. You should be fine there. As noted in your post on the Chicago forum, if you%26#39;re here to visit Chicago, keep in mind your commuting time back and forth.

If you%26#39;re looking for a suite a little closer to downtown, consider www.extendedstayamerica.com/minisite/…

thanks Dave148--Im planning on Schaumburg as my son will be in that area for a month or so then (but cant put us up ) but I do appreciate your help.

OK. No problem.

The Staybridge is a limited service hotel in Schaumburg, so if you like to cook for yourself this may be the place for you for there is not much near it in the area that you can walk to be prepared to rent a car. There are several hotels that have multiple restaurants within walking distance and are also full service hotels. I would recommend the Doubletree on National Parkway. 8 restaurants within walking distance plus they have a great restaurant onsite that offers a full hot breakfast buffet each morning with eggs cooked to order and belgium waffles made to order. They also run dinner and drink specials each night... yep, they have a bar at the hotel too. This is my recommendation over the Staybridge Hotel.

We recently got the Doubletree in Schaumburg for $32.00 per night on Priceline. Its a nice place.

It is the best place in Schaumburg to stay. Friendly staff and the BBQ%26#39;s in summer are awesome.
