Do not purchase balcony seats at this theatre, aka the majestic theatre! The viewing is terrible. We had fourth row, center, seats.

For one thing, the front-rail is too high, so the front-row spectators lean forward and perch on the edge of their seats to see. So everyone behind them does the same and still suffers a lovely view of the back of their head.

Also, the rake of the balcony is wrong. Sitting back or perching on the edge of your seat, you can%26#39;t see the front few feet of the stage! It was infuriating because it wasn%26#39;t listed as ';limited view';.

I can%26#39;t imagine that any balcony seats are better. Everyone I talked with agreed it was the worst balcony they had sat in.
