What are your recommendations for our limited time in Chicago?

We already have somewhere to stay, but would welcome restaurant (I%26#39;m vegetarian) and top sight recommendations.

www.chicagoreader.com has a great dining search tool. You can search for vegetarian friendly spots by location, cuisine, budget etc.
