That%26#39;s Harry Carey%26#39;s place on Dearborn and it%26#39;s named because he said HOLY COW all the time. It%26#39;s a medium-high end steak/pork chop place. $25-$35 for a chop. Great atmosphere, great location. Lively bar scene too.
