Best agency for Cubs tickets? Also, where should I/we sit?

Coming in to town on vacation later this summer and planning on attending a Cubs gams (late August verse the Mets).

1. Other than a site like stubhub, is there a website or agency that anybody can suggest?

2. As a first timer to Wrigly...should we sit out in the bleachers or go for something more standard (down the 1st base or 3rd base lines)?

My good friend just yesterday got her July Cubs tickets at www.ticketsnow.com which looks to be the StubHub of Ticketmaster. The gal at the Cubs ticketoffice told her to go there for tickets. Personally, I got my Cubs tickets at Stubhub (they are playing the Brewers away next week when we are there!)
