One night only.

Hi, we%26#39;re staying for one night in Chicago on 9th June, we%26#39;re coming by amtrak train an flying out of O%26#39;Hara the next day. We%26#39;re staying on N. Michigan and wanted to know if there is anything that is a %26#39;must do%26#39; whilst in the city? Thanks!

One night only.

Chicago is like London! Tell me what you would do if you had 12 hours in London? What do you like, what are your interests, etc. The absolute musts go on and on, but I would take the architectural boat tour up the river, walk the lakefront, go to Millenium Park, look at the wall of buildings, maybe go up the Hancock, settle down in a pub and have a few beers, maybe have a deep dish pizza, and then a few more beers.

One night only.

Staying on Michigan Ave. is perfect for one night, of course you won%26#39;t see everything but you%26#39;ll be in a great spot to get a ';feel'; for downtown Chicago.

Enjoy the architecture. The northern section of Michigan Ave. has some great buildings. My only ';must do'; would be to enjoy the view.

The one must do would be to walk next to our most lovely treasure, Lake Michigan. If you are staying on N. Michigan, just walk a few blocks east.

www.explorechicago.org is a good resource. Without knowing your specific interests, it%26#39;s difficult for us to make suggestions.
